New Technology Laser Cutting System
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to vaporize metal materials, resulting in a cut edge. While typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, it is now used by schools, small businesses, architecture, and hobbyists. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics. The laser optics and CNC (computer numerical control) are used to direct the laser beam to the material. A commercial laser for cutting materials uses a motion control system to follow a CNC or G-code of the pattern to be cut onto the material. The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas,leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish. Classic Hydraulic Sheet-Metal Shears
There are mainly two types of plate shears: Guillotine and Swing Beam type. It is a machine that uses one blade to make a reciprocating linear motion with respect to another blade to cut plates. By means of the moving upper blade and the fixed lower blade, a reasonable blade gap is used to apply shear force to the metal plates of various thicknesses, so that the plates are cut and separated according to the required size. With the popularity of various cutting machines, plate shears have gradually faded out of people's vision. But it still has its advantages in cutting straight lines. Low energy consumption, no gas pollution, efficient shearing is applicable to many sheet metal production lines. And simple operation and efficient cutting are undoubtedly a good choice for you. Variety Plate Rolling Machines
With the aim to best satisfy every application requirement, GENUO produces and sells various types of plate bending machines. The range includes three models suitable for rolling sheet metal: MS3R Series, 3-Roller mechanical symmetry bending roll with high speed and Economic price,and series HU3R, Hydraulic Universal 3-Roller bending roll with pre bending and rounding function. For more complex and demanding bending requirements, GENUO produces and offers different series: HC4R, a 4-Roller pyramid electronic bending roll.
Nowadays, plate bending has become more and more a CNC-supported operation. Faccin was the first manufacturer to use CNC on four roller-plate rolling machines specifically designed for bending circular cans for applications like wind tower production and also complex shapes for applications like tank production.
Perfect CNC Turret Punching Machine
Punching, and press work in general, is a process well suited to mass production. However the initial tooling costs, of both the machine and the job-specific press tool, are high. This limits punch work from being used for much small-volume and prototype work. GENUO turret punch is one way of addressing this cost. The turntable press can manufacture a variety of parts through multiple continuous strokes with different tools.
GENUO CNC turret punch has a choice of up to 60 tools in a "turret" that can be rotated to bring any tool to the punching position. A simple shape (e.g., a square, circle, or hexagon) is cut directly from the sheet. The intelligent CAM software can accurately calculate and control the servo feeding device and switch different molds to realize the processing of complex shapes.GN-T30 and GN-ES30 series are available.
