The Operating Status Of The Mechanical Shearing Machine And The Solution To The Slipping Fault Of The Machine Tool

The mechanical shearing machine is one of the commonly used equipment in the machinery industry. The mechanical shearing machine used is specially used to cut scrap steel. When the strength limit of the material is δb≤450MPa and the temperature is not greater than 50℃, the equipment is at full load. It can only be cut intermittently. There are 3 Q11-40×600 mechanical shearing machines. The mechanical shearing machine sometimes has the phenomenon of slipping during use, that is, when the shearing stops, the tool post continues to run and cannot be braked.

In practice, through years of experience in repairing the car slipping phenomenon, we have summarized the causes of the occurrence as the following aspects, and found out the corresponding solutions:

1) The braking force generated by the brake is too small. There are three main aspects: the pressure adjustment of the brake spring is too small; the elasticity of the brake spring is decreased for a long time; the friction insert is worn heavily, which leads to a decrease in the braking torque.

Solution measures: adjust the brake compression spring and the adjustment bolt of the brake push rod; replace the brake compression spring; replace the friction insert.

2) The clutch driven disc and the middle sleeve roll key, resulting in the transmission cannot be separated. The clutch driven disk and the clutch driven disk are separated when there is no compressed air, and their operation does not affect each other; only when the air is ventilated, the clutch driven disk and the clutch driven disk are connected and operated at the same time by the friction force of the friction insert. The inner ring of the bearing is adjusted by the shaft sleeve, and the outer ring is pressed by the gland to adjust the gap.

Solution: Repair the inner hole of the clutch driven plate (enlarge, align, find the accuracy of shape and position), and reinsert the keyway, and then match the middle sleeve and key.

3) The clutch piston seal is aging and damaged or the clutch piston and clutch cylinder are worn out, resulting in insufficient jacking force.

Solution: Remove the clutch piston. The key is fixed on the outer circle of the piston and slides on the inner hole of the cylinder together with the piston. Check the outer circle of the piston to see if there are any bright spots. Use sandpaper if necessary. Check the integrity of the sealing ring, and replace the sealing ring if it is damaged.

4) The brake piston and the brake cylinder are grinded, causing the brake push rod to not be in place, and the friction insert cannot be compacted, which reduces the braking force.

Solution: Check the mating surface. If there is grinding, there will be a lot of dirty things such as iron filings and iron oxide scale. After cleaning it with a saw blade, wire brush, etc., clean it with kerosene to expose a smooth surface, and use it for high points. The sandpaper is well polished.

Through the above analysis of the cause of the mechanical shearing machine sliding failure and the solution measures, as long as the phenomenon appears, the analysis of the transmission principle of the equipment structure is started, and the possible cause of this phenomenon is found, and the simple and possible first is eliminated. The principle of handling is to find the problem, so that the normal operation of the mechanical shearing machine can be restored as soon as possible, thereby reducing the downtime of the equipment.
