1. Fix the fueling rack of the high-pressure diesel pump of the shears in the fueling position.
2. Reverse the crankshaft for several tens of degrees, and then turn the crankshaft. If you see the oil surface of the outlet pipe of the high-pressure oil pump, it is the time to start the oil supply. In order to measure accurately, a piece of soft rubber tube and a piece of Boray tube with an inner diameter of not more than 2 mm can be put on the oil outlet of the high-pressure pump, and the oil level can be raised to the middle of the Boray tube in advance. Can accurately see the oil level fretting.
3. The shearing machine starts the engine for inspection. Such as adjustment errors. The fuel supply angle is too large in advance and the fuel injection is too early, which also harms the engine. The phenomenon is that white smoke is exhausted after starting, and the engine vibrates fiercely when working at low speed. Second, the consequence is that the engine is working thick. The CIF I crankshaft connecting rod is subjected to excessive force, increased wear, and short engine life, even due to excessive heat. Bad piston. At the same time, the power drops and fuel consumption increases. If you find the phenomenon of fresh food, you should immediately check the oil supply angle in advance and adjust to the correct angle.
4. Check the angle of the crankshaft, find out the error caused by wear, and perform trimming adjustments. After adjustment, turn the crankshaft of the plate bending machine according to the above method to verify that it is correct.
During the entire inspection and adjustment process, don't be careless. The angle of the crankshaft of the shears is related to the entire use, so we should pay attention to some points when adjusting. Only after adjustments are made can it be beneficial to use.
