If the hydraulic shearing machine is hot, it means that the temperature of the machine is too high and the heat dissipation is not good. Some customers say that the machine can be used normally in the morning, but it is too hot in the afternoon. What is the reason?

Fault analysis: In the hydraulic system with hydraulic oil as the force transmission medium, the flow rate of each part is different during the flow of hydraulic oil, causing internal friction in the cylinder, which in turn leads to a stable rise of the hydraulic system and a "heating" failure.

Troubleshooting: "Heat generation" is an inherent feature of the hydraulic system and cannot be eradicated. As long as the temperature keeps the shearing machine price below a certain threshold, it will not affect the use and life span, so control is the focus. Use high-quality hydraulic oil, arrange the hydraulic pipeline as straight as possible, and maintain the big brand name hydraulic shearing machine for pipeline accessories and valves.

In this regard, the hydraulic shears manufacturers said that they should wait for the temperature to drop before use. If the temperature is too high, they cannot be used. Fans can be used to cool the temperature. The air conditioner is the best. The main reasons for the hot hydraulic shears are the following.

1. The oil level in the container is too high, and the oil is strongly agitated, causing overheating.

2. Air or moisture enters the oil. When the shearing machine converts the oil into pressure oil, the air and moisture will contribute to the increase of heat and cause overheating.

3. The oil with poor quality of the guillotine shears may become thinner, suspend foreign substances, or have an affinity with water, which may also cause heat generation.

4. The rated working capacity is exceeded during work, and heat is generated.

In addition, if the damaged parts of the hydraulic shears are not replaced in time, heat sometimes occurs. Solving the problem of system overheating is conducive to extending the service life of the machine and ensuring the safety of operators.
